Room for one person in Shepherds Bush The space Please read the following information in full before sending an enquiry/booking: A minimum of 3 night bookings are preferred for this room (I only accept 1 or 2 night bookings if they are last minute or sit between two bookings - please enquire first before booking regardless) This is a medium sized (lockable) room for one person. Fully furnished and includes a small silent fridge and sink in the room. This room is within a self contained flat on the top floor of a house with my mother, (co host) living in the house. Flat contains shower/WC and a well equipped small kitchenette area including a washer/dryer. The kitchenette is in the communal area on the landing (just outside the bedroom), and is not in a separate self contained room. It is next to the bedroom and so there might be noise from the kitchenette - please bear this in mind if you are sensitive to noise. This room/flat is not suitable for people who plan to be out all night, coming home drunk etc This room is facing the rear of the house overlooking the underground line which can be heard in this room. Please check the photo which shows how close the tube line is. If you are very sensitive to tube noise this room won't be suitable for you. There are two other airbnb rooms in the flat. Bedding and towels are provided. There are 30 steps to the flat so please bear this in mind if you have mobility issues and/or if you have heavy luggage. The house is a large Victorian end of terrace house located on a cul-de-sac which runs parallel to the tube line. 2 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Market station on the Hammersmith and City line and 10 minute walk to Shepherds Bush station on the central line. 5 minutes walk to Westfield and loads of other shops, restaurants, bars etc. 5 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Empire If you are interested in enquiring about this room please make sure you have a profile with information about yourself especially if this is your first airbnb booking and/or you have no reviews. Please provide info such as the purpose of your trip and what your schedule will be during your stay. For security reasons I won't reply to blank profiles. My mother has a cat in the house! (although the cat remains downstairs and it's unlikely you will ever see it). Please note we are not a hotel and don't provide hotel services so please read all the information and view all photos provided before making a booking. Guest access Bathroom and kitchenette During your stay As this is a self contained flat there is minimal interaction with the host/landlady so this is suitable for independent travellers/guests. You will be sharing the flat with either 1 or 2 other airbnb guests.
