Private garden level guest suite in Whittier

This cozy and clean unit is on the street level of our house located in Whittier neighborhood, Minneapolis. It’s most suitable for 1-2 people, length of stay from 2 nights to 3-4 months. Me and my dog Enzo live upstairs. You'll have your private entrance to the apartment. It has a kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom and a living room just for your use. Approx 660sqf of space - No shared spaces - Reliable fiber internet - 10min walk to Minneapolis Institute of Art. - Close to downtown & Convention Cntr The space Check in at your convenience — using the smart lock. You have exclusive use of the whole in-law suite, which is about 660 square feet and located on the lower level of the house. No shared spaces and you have your own entrance to the apartment. The kitchen works well for cooking and enjoying meals. There are multiple surfaces for studying or computing. An oversized sofa for watching movies on the 65 inch, curved smart TV, that has a Roku TV connected to it. We try to have some streaming services available (ESPN+,Showtime, Hulu), but please note that we do not have cable TV. We live upstairs with our dog, who roam around in the backyard. You won't have to interact with him, since the gate is further down the driveway and you wouldn't enter the yard to go into the apartment. We are classical musicians (string instruments) and sometimes practice at home. Never very early or very late, and it is barely audible as we do most of our daily activities on the other side of the house. We hope you'll respect our privacy, too and won't bring guests, and keep the noise to minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Well-behaving dogs are welcome to stay here for an additional $45 fee (per stay) Guest access The entire guest suite: Living room, hallway, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Guests are not allowed in the back yard or front porch. Other things to note While there is a smart TV and Roku TV in the apartment, we have no cable subscription.
