Cozy Pond House!

Cozy home with a nice backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard The space Guests can enjoy the whole house except for the garage. The house is 3/2 with 1300 square feet. Nice backyard with access to barbecue grill. We also have a nice fire fit. ATTENTION:Spa was removed Gardeners come on Wednesday morning There’s a $200 fee if pets go on furniture or beds. Guest access Guests can access the whole house except the garage. Other things to note Gardeners come on Wednesdays and make a little noise mowing the front and backyard. Please smoke outside...and if pets go on furniture or beds there’s an extra $200 charge and please pick up after your pets too. ($100 fee if fail to do so)
