Three-bedroom ground level apartment unit. Living area with comfy sofa set, cable TV and internet wifi, equipped kitchen and dining. Room 1: Two double-size bed. Room 2: Double-size bunk beds with pullout bed. Room 3: One double-size bed. 2.5 bathrooms with hot & cold showers. Capacity for 11 guests. Location: 1.2 kms or 4-min drive to city center or Burnham Park. The space Neat, clean and spacious 3-bedroom apartment unit, ground level, no stairs, located within a compound of guests apartment units. With own equipped kitchen, dining, sala, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Guest access - We collect PHP1,000 key deposit upon check-in, to be refunded upon checkout. - Only SMALL breed of PET DOGS (not BIG ones) are allowed to be brought along, and we request them to be on a diaper. A refundable PHP1,000 pet damage deposit (to cover any damages to the property caused by a pet) - to be refunded upon checkout. In case of a larger damage, guests will pay for the total amount of damage as reasonably determined. - Hot showers controlled by knob to set the desired temperature. Towels and toiletries NOT included, please bring with you or buy at the stores nearby, towels rental available at PHP50. - Wifi internet, get the password upon arrival. - Cooking is allowed, as long as you clean after use. - Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms/house. Smoke at the balcony, terrace area and dispose cigarette butts into the ashtrays. - Garbage must be placed at the receptacle bin. - Gambling and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. - Turn off water faucets, lights and all electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the house. - Lock your door at all times, we will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings. - Replacement cost shall be paid by guests for damages on house furnishings, equipment & properties including loss of room keys. - Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed but avoid disruptive behavior. - Respect the privacy of other people in the neighborhood, refrain from screaming or making loud noises. Any complaint of excessive noises or unruly behavior will result to discharge from the house without any recourse to refund. - Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. For the protection of both parties - Exchange of contact information is not allowed prior to booking confirmation. Phone numbers, emails, urls, will not be visible to the recipient. After booking is confirmed, guests will receive all details - contact info, address, detailed direction to the place. Q. Are kids free of charge? A. Infants and 2 toddlers 2 years old and below are free of charge, toddlers above 2 year old are counted. Why? Don't get us wrong, we have kids and we love them. But everyone knows - and based on our experience - kids are more demanding and challenging to host than adults. Most are hard to control, runs around, screams, and sometimes may even break stuff around the house, and we all know that ;) Q. Group is more than the number of guests allowed? A. We charge additional per person/night and we provide additional mattress if the available beds/mattresses are insufficient. Q. Early check-in or late check-out? A. We usually allow guests to check in as early as 11:00am, only IF, the place is available and/or there were no previous guests the night before or upon arrival. BUT, if unavoidable and there are current guests, incoming guests arriving earlier than check-in time are allowed to leave their luggage and they can either take their breakfast at several popular restaurants in the city, or shop around for stuff to cook, or start their vacation already by seeing sights around. | Checking out late is also possible until 12:00pm, only IF, the place is available and/or there are no incoming guests. Not really necessary as the kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining, rooms are furnished with bedsheets, blankets, pillows and cover. Unless, you are comfortable using only your own utensils or blankets or pillows. Q. Do you serve meals? A. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook you own meals and dine in. Remember, vegetables and fruits are very accessible, fresh and cheap in Baguio City. Plus there are a lot of eateries and restaurants around. Baguio is haven for food-trippers. Q. Is there an airconditioning? A. Electric fans available only as Baguio City has cool weather all-year-round. Q. Is there a cable TV and WIFI? A. Yes. Q. Is there a parking lot? A. Parking available within the compound.
