The Lina apartment measures about 45 sq. meters and consists of a living room with independent kitchen, a large double bedroom with panoramic window and private bathroom (possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 people in the bedroom). From the double bedroom you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The space Petronilla was born from the idea of Francesco who, together with father Dino and mother Elda, decided to renovate the grandmother's old childhood house, Petronilla Federici. The love for this place has allowed you to pay the utmost attention to every little detail, bringing the building back to the pomp of the distant past. In fact, it is said that La Petronilla had been the residence of Conti, Marchesi and Vescovi, the hand-painted ceilings, the papal church that recalls three different houses, and the presence of a water tank. Exposed wooden beams, antique antique furniture, and original wrought-iron beds expertly restored by Dino's hands help re-create the building's structural harmony. La Petronilla is part of the ancient walls of the small medieval village of Montepetriolo, and from its rooms you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Umbrian Valley and every your awakening will be accompanied by the sounds of the unspoiled nature that surrounds it. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The entrance and stairs of the building are shared with the other two apartments in the property. You might meet other guests, but these are the only shared areas. Other things to keep in mind Other things to note There is no private parking outside the property. There is a small parking lot for loading and unloading in front of the property. After unloading, you can park your car in the public parking lot 100 meters from the property.
