Villa Q is a modern 2 bedroom private pool villa with very fast wifi located on the mountain slope, only a few minutes from the beaches of Chaweng and Chaweng Noi. The space Modern design meets the beauty of nature incorporating rock formations in the interior design of this top modern villa. The top floor is an open plan studio, combining dining area, living area, kitchen, bathroom and one king size bed with work desk and direct access to the patio and private pool. The 2nd bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom is located on the bottom floor and is accessed from a private entrance from the garden. Wifi is very fast at around 600 mb/s down and 300 mb/s up so perfect for on-line work. A spiral staircase leads to a roof terrace where the early morning sunrise and sea view can be enjoyed. The surrounding tropical garden features palm trees, granite boulders, local flowers and plants and a very inviting grass lawn to stretch out on with a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the property. Other things to note The furniture is around 6 years old. It is fully functional, but please do not expect it to look brand new as it is not. Electricity is charged at 8 THB per KW hour unit, and water is charged at 135 THB per m3 unit. When you arrive, we will ask you to deposit 3000 THB for utilities for up to two weeks stay and 6000 THB for longer stays. With normal usage, you will get the balance back when you check out. With excessive usage, you may need to pay more. We include WiFi, gardening, pool maintenance, and fresh sheets and towels at check-in. Additional cleaning service is 800 THB. Additional replacement of sheets and towels is 860 THB. We will take photos of your passport and entry stamp in order to comply with Thai Immigraton's requirement for hosts to register their guests' stay on a s.c. TM30 form.
