The space Since our children have left home and we ourselves have more time due to early retirement, we have decided to make the top floor of our beautiful house in Utrecht North-East suitable for temporary rental again. We have converted the former 2 bedrooms into a beautiful, spacious and cozy living room with separate sitting area and dining area. Next, there is a large bedroom with a separate bathroom including a toilet. A cot may be available. The space and location offer an ideal base for visiting Utrecht and its surroundings. Or as a temporary stay when visiting and/or treating a loved one at the UMCU, WKZ or Princess Maxima Centre. Furthermore, the location is also ideal as a stay for temporary work in the Utrecht Science Park. Especially since the space also has a separate living room with dining-work table and sitting area with TV. That is why we apply a reduced rate if the stay lasts longer than 1 week.
