The privacy of this farmhouse located in the Langhe hills of Asti, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is unparalleled. You will be the only guests. Inside, you'll have 450 square meters to yourself, outside a private 16 x 4 meter infinity pool open from May to September, a soccer field, a ping pong table, a foosball table, 2 hectares of garden and woodland. No neighbors will disturb you. The neighboring towns are 2 or 3 km away. Excellent Starlink connection. The land is rich in truffles, wine. The space This cosy house has been renovated during the years but still maintains the old stone house and the original materials: stones, bricks, wood. There are two chimneys, one on the ground floor, and one on the second floor. The house is perfect to host many people, who could share a large kitchen and a beautiful dining room. The paths trough the woods are suggestive. The scent of the place and the clean and fresh air will make your holiday nice and extremely relaxing. It’s a three floors house. On the ground floor there is a bog kitchen with a large 6 seats kitchen island. There is a double doors fridge with a water purifier. The dining room has a big table for 12 people. Outside there is a soccer field (size 22x40 m), a table football, a garden and a courtyard with a big table where you can eat under the bower. The house could host till 8 people. There are two chairs for kids. Guest access The access is allowed to the guest room, to all common areas, to the garden, to the table football and to the garden soccer field. Other things to note On the top floor there is a gym with mats to do yoga or Feldenkrais and massages.
