The space This PRIVATE guest room with one full (double) bed and LIMITED PARKING for up to 2 adult guests is one of two guest rooms sharing a kitchenette and a bathroom inside our home. We are located in the Flagami neighborhood, just steps from the intersection of W Flagler St & NW 67th Ave, close to the MIA airport (not walking distance) but NOT so to Miami's tourist destinations. Please check "W Flagler St & NW 67th Ave" on a map app before booking as the location shown on AirBnB is approximate and not exact. For those without car, Uber/Lyft are the most reliable way to get to our place (AVOID taxis in Miami when possible). Access to the house is with an access code for the electronic lock on the front door. If you feel that you will not be able to follow instructions to enter the house yourself without assistance, please do not book with us. Guests can leave their luggage with us at any time before check-in and after check-out times. Check-in time to the rooms is from 3:00 PM, while check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Discounts are not offered based on the number of guests or length of stay. The house is on the ground floor, with just a couple of steps. The front porch, living room, bathroom and kitchenette (COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED) are SHARED with guests in another room. Our rooms have lockable doors, Wi-Fi, TV with local channels, hairdryer, bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels, safe. An iron (with ironing board) and beach towels also available upon request. Liquid soap and shower gel are provided in the bathroom. Coffee and tea are available in the kitchenette, along with a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. Central air conditioning is controlled by the hosts and maintained at 74F/23°C (rooms do not have individual air conditioning). Friendly cats are present in the common areas of the house.
