Cozy cottage for 2 families

Greetings, dear guest! My name is Levan and I will be glad to host you in my house! The space Our cottage is perfect for two families. It is located near the sea in Makhinjauri, 15 minutes' walk from the Green Cape and the Botanical Garden, in a quiet and cozy place, far from the road and the noise of cars, in a green garden. 300 m to the sea, clean beach, our cafe-bar "Palm beach", where you can eat and spend time, take sun loungers and umbrellas. Guest access We rent a 2-storey cottage in whole or each floor separately (see my other listings). The floors are not connected to each other, each floor has a separate entrance. 1st floor: living room with kitchen, sofa bed. A bedroom for 3 people and a shower room with a toilet. 2nd floor: living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area. If necessary, we can add one single bed here. A bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony and views of the garden, sea and sunset, a bathroom with a toilet. There are also air conditioners on each floor, a washing machine, Wi-Fi in the house and in the yard, a kitchen on both floors and a summer kitchen with everything you need, a garden, a barbecue area and a brazier, and parking for a car. There is a spring water source 100 m from the house. 250 m away there is a bus stop and a gas station, 300 m away there is a beach area, sea and cafe-bar, where you can eat delicious food, rent sun loungers and umbrellas. 600 m from the house there is a grocery store "Carrefour", another 200 m away there are many markets, pharmacies, bakeries, a restaurant.
