Lakefront Cottage in Grand Isle

Cozy cottage with lake access on 2 acres of land in Grand Isle. Our cottage has an open floor plan with a wrap around deck and gorgeous lake views. The space Our cozy cottage comfortably accommodates two adults and is perfect for a romantic getaway or a weekend retreat. There is a futon in the living room which can accommodate two additional guests. Guests have access to a shared beach, dock and yard. We live onsite, but in a separate home. Close enough if you need something, but far enough to allow to give you plenty of privacy! We love the Islands, especially in the summertime! There are weekly concerts at Snowfarm vineyard (about 10 minutes away) and phenomenal biking right outside the door on the Lake Champlain Bike Trail. We are within walking distance of Knight Point State Park, which has hiking trails, stand up paddle board, kayak and paddleboat rentals. We’re just 30 minutes from Burlington and an hour from Montreal. Guest access Guests will have access to the beach, dock and shared yard.
