Villa Zerava

The house Zerava is ideal for those who want to be a little quieter, but central. It comprises about 130 m² of living space with 3000 m² of floor space. Lots of space and tranquility! As far as the town of Zadar as well as the oldest small town of Croatia Nin it has 9 km, there are several beaches within a radius of 9-11 km. If you arrive by plane, you are at the house in a 15 minutes. The space The house has: - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200) and bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers - 1 bathroom with shower - open living / dining room with kitchen - Garage Guest access As guests, you have access to the entire living room, garage and adjoining room. No access to the attic. Other things to note Check-in: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm Check out: by 10:00 Strict Cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees will be refunded if the cancellation is made before check-in and within 48 hours of booking.
