The space We rent 18 apartments in Vila Nova complex, which situated 700m from Monte Carvoeiro area with its varied selection of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and its beaches. It is a small, family friendly complex in a quiet residential area away from the busy roads and it is safe for children. Villa Nova comprises spacious, individually furnished apartments, surrounded by the beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a large communal swimming pool with a smaller children's pool, a playground with the lawn, a restaurant, a bar and a mini market. The sun lounges and the umbrellas are provided at the pool area. There is an outside toilet by the pool. Each apartment is equipped with Free WI-FI and a Satellite/Cable TV. Free WI-FI can also be used by the pool or at the bar/restaurant. There is a snooker table at the restaurant and a computer with internet access at the reception (at extra cost). Once weekly maid service and final cleaning are included. The towels and linen are provided. Heating in winter extra. Some apartments are air-conditioned and it is on request and extra.
