Enjoy life on the water in beautiful Deltaville. Our three bedroom, three bath house features great views of Moore's Creek, a dock, screened-in porch and large deck. Crab, fish off the dock, go kayaking or sit in the house and enjoy a movie or show on our 55-inch TV. The space An open floor plan and views of the water from most of the house allows a feeling of being connected to the outside environment. Enjoy the sounds and sights of nature around you. Herons, egrets and even bald eagles have been seen flying by the house. Fishing and crabbing off the dock are also fun activities. Guest access The house, yard and dock area are all available for your use. We have a private boat ramp in our neighborhood you can use to launch a boat if you bring one and you can tie up to our dock. Other things to note No pets allowed inside the house. No smoking allowed inside the house or screened in porch. We have a propane grill and fire pit for your use. Please don’t use the charcoal grill unless contacting me first. We also have a foosball table, kayaks and bikes in the garage for your use. Please clean items and put them back where you found them. If you have any questions on how the TV’s or other electronics work, please contact me and do not pull on wires behind the TV’s. Yard work including grass cutting and gardening sometimes occur during the time of renting. No parties or weddings allowed at the property. Thanks very much!
