The history of the house, starts during the latter part of the Venetian occupation of Crete.This beautiful medieval Venetian Olive Mill (factory or Fabrica) was extended during the Ottoman occupation (1669 to 1898) and was used for olive oil production.After an extensive renovation and vision of the arhitect Mrs. Nektaria Lainaki has now been converted into a luxurious 2 floor house, which can be rented up to a maximum of 8 people. The space The interiors have been tastefully chosen to complement the building and yet are contemporary, fresh and cool.You are literally located in the heart of the medieval village of Kaliviani but at the same time in a private residential neighborhood. Guest access “Trigono” house consists of two floors, total surface 150m2,has four (4) fully equipped bedrooms, can more than comfortably sleep 8 persons. 3 fully equipped bathrooms are located for your convenience in both floors, plus 1 W/C in the dining/kitchen area.
