Each unit has the same layout, design, space size, and amenity. Space size is flexible depending the number of guests. ► [1-3 guests] one unit is open to accommodate, space size is 36 sqm. ► [4-7 guests] two units are open to accommodate, space size is 72 sqm. Each unit space size is 36 sqm (~388 square foot) with unique and elegant display cabinet of Thai stuff. Stunning views from the high floor room, over Chao Phraya river, the pool and the city, are beautiful and worth to rent alone. The building is quiet, safe, and close to MRT sky train within walking distance (only 300 meters away from MRT Purple Line at Phra Nangklao Bridge station). It is located in between Bang Yai district (in Nonthaburi) and Bangkhen district (in Bangkok). Quick thing to note - due to air pollution in Thailand, to protect you against air pollution, quality air purifier could be provided as requested! Each studio-room has 40-inch TV (with a DVD player and lots of English DVD movies), a couch, a sofa bed, a shelf, a coffee table, a working table, a chair, a closet, an information board, an ironing board, an iron, and a beautiful display cabinet of Thai stuff. Each unit room has a powerful air conditioner for cool comfort after exploiting hot Thailand, and a deadbolt door lock with keyless entry. A secured digital key card is provided for accessing the main condominium entrance. Furthermore, broadband internet with Fiber Optic inside each room is available as complimentary. Please note that high speed internet WiFi connection is also available at common working room area on roof-top. There are 1 premium quality queen-sized natural rubber mattress and 2 natural rubber pillows in each unit room; the advantages are exceptional spinal support, adapts to the movement and contours of the body, responsible for completely undisturbed sleep, and etc. The building is safe and is considered upmarket for the general Thai people.
