Cozy Historic Home

This 1924 historical home is so cozy and unique. This home is full of western treasures all through the house. We just remolded the kitchen and bathroom adding another full shower. The home includes 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The fully fenced backyard and dreamy back porch transports you to peace and serenity. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and play. The yard includes outdoor hanging lights, a gas grill, plenty of seating and a washer and bean bag games. The space You will have the house all to yourself. The two bedrooms downstairs feature queen size beds while the upstairs bedroom has one full size bed and a single bed. Also, two air mattresses are available in upstairs closet. This comfy home has plenty of seating along with a library featuring Texas history and the cowboy way of life. Many children's books are available too. The home includes Wi-fi, Netflix, Hulu and many other streaming programs with your username and password. Feel free to use the grill and relax and play in the backyard. Backyard games are available. Located in the heart of Canyon! Within walking distance to the town square with a coffee shop, delicious dining options and unique shops. A few blocks away from the University, new Water Park, the incredible Panhandle Plains Museum and a short 15 min. drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Other things to note Smoking is allowed in the backyard. An ashtray is provided. The driveway on west side of house near shop building serves as an entrance to a personal residence. Please do not park on the west side of the house. We do have extra space available for trailers, moving trucks etc. Just let us know ahead of time. You will share a backyard with us if we are home. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as a gas grill and propane fire pit table. We also have outdoor games available.
