I equip my unit with complete kitchen utensils and appliances for you to complete your cooking sessions. The space My space is 29sqm 2 bedroom unit with spacious living area, decent dining area, complete kitchen amenities, and clean toilet and hot/cold shower. Outside the main door is a spacious hallway and porch overlooking a green scenery and breathable fresh air. Parking is free for motorcycles and 300php will be charged (overnight) parking for 4-wheel vehicles. Guest access Guests can freely access the swimming pools, pantry area, clubhouse, fitness gym, kids playroom and playground and drop off at the lobby. There are scenic landscapes where you can enjoy your stroll within the premises. Pool is open 8am-8pm on Tuesdays - Sundays and 1pm -8pm on Mondays. Other things to note Our security in the area is our top priority. Please expect security guards to ask your check in details at the entrance. If the security team questions you too much, its taking your time, call us right away. We want to be there for you. We charge a 300 PHP transient fee, which we've listed under the cleaning fee. This fee covers the maintenance of the common areas and pool usage. Please note that this is not a traditional cleaning fee, but rather a necessary charge for maintaining the amenities during your stay, as Airbnb does not have a specific option for a transient fee. We also collect a refundable security deposit of Php500 should there be any damages during your stay. **NO VISITOR/s, UNLESS PERMITTED POLICY** 1. No visitors are allowed in the premises unless explicitly permitted by the host. 2. Only registered guests are allowed to enter and stay overnight. 3. Guests must request permission from the host if they wish to have visitors. 4. Requests should be made upon booking or at least 24 hours before the intended visit. 5. The host reserves the right to approve or deny any visitor request at their discretion. 6. Permission for visitors may be granted based on factors such as the number of visitors, duration of visit, and impact on other guests. 7. If approved, guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors adhere to all house rules and policies. 8. Guests must accompany their visitors at all times while they are on the property. 9. The host has the right to request identification from visitors for security purposes. 10. Approved visitors are subject to a charge of P200 per visitor. This charge helps cover the additional administrative work and ensures compliance with security ad building regulations. 11. Visitors must stay only in the guest’s room and are not permitted to use any of the property’s amenities (e.g., swimming pool, gym, lounge areas). 12. By booking the rental, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by this no visitor unless permitted policy. NOTE: Failure to comply with this policy may result in fines, penalties, and immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
