Being mere steps from the ballpark and filled with Cubbies memorabilia ranging from autographed game used equipment to authentic stadium seats from Wrigley Field itself, this place has it all! Smell the hot dogs, feel the buzz and hear the Wrigley Field crowd all from inside your living room this summer!! The first floor has around 1600sqft of living space and is newly renovated! Brand new central heat and air conditioning! There are two private entrances and patio space to compliment both of them. 1 queen bed. 1 full bed. 1 trifold mattress. Modular section sofa pushes together for a queen size sleeping space. The mattresses are brand name memory foam! The entire first floor. Including all bedrooms, appliances, dinnerware, cookware, rear patio and front patio. Please do NOT walk up the back patio stairs. That space is not included in your rental. This is the 1st floor of my place. I live on site! If you need anything, I will be happy to help! Steps from Wrigley Field and everything else Wrigleyville has to offer! Steps away from the CTA bus stop and about a block away from the CTA Addison Redline stop. Uber/Lyfts are nearly instant. If your stay is during a time when there is an event or game at Wrigley Field, you must remove your car from the parking lot or pay the parking fee for the event. (Typically the parking fee is between $40-$100 per car/space, per game/event.) Paper towels are NOT provided. If you bring your own, please do NOT flush them down the toilet. If you cannot handle the white leather furniture, DO NOT book this suite! Any stains, marks, rips or tears in any of the furniture will result in a full replacement of that piece of furniture. The expense of the replacement will be charged to your reservation deposit. If you have more than 7 guests in your group, each additional guest will incur a $50 per head/per night fee to your reservation total. ALL PARTIES OR GROUPS WITH AN EXCESS OF 7 PEOPLE NEED TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION! (This includes temporary visitors.) If you would like to utilize the top floor balcony, you will need to reserve your time. An additional fee will apply.
