Cleaning with replacement of sheets and towels once for stays longer than 11 nights. Except weekends and holidays. Stays of 6 nights or less do not include housekeeping. 2 - For arrivals after Reception hours, please inform the reservations department in advance, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). Cost for late arrival: from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - €20 and from 9 p.m. to midnight - €30. 3 - Animals are not allowed in our accommodations. 4 - On the day of check-in, a security deposit will be required, which will be returned after inspection of the accommodation and within a maximum period of 72 hours. Types: T0-200€; T1-300€; T2/V2-400€; T3/V3-500€. 5 – If it is detected during the stay that the maximum capacity of the accommodation has been exceeded, an extra 20% will be charged on the daily rate for each guest exceeding this capacity. 6 - Upon departure, the dishes must be washed and the garbage removed, otherwise an extra €20.00 will be charged. 7 - The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your property, as well as for any personal accident that occurred during the stay. 8 - Damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment and clothing will be the responsibility of the customers, being deducted from the value of the deposit. 9 - Cot Supplement (children up to 2 years) € 5.00 per night (June to September). The remaining period is free. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid directly at the property, according to the legal rate in force stipulated by the municipality.
