The rest covers the complete cleaning of the house (floors, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor spaces), performed by a person paid fairly. We ask that guests: Remove linens from used beds Empty the garbage cans before departure 🎯 It is not our responsibility to take out the garbage at the end of the stay, which is a standard practice on Airbnb, especially for independent houses. 🗑️ Containers are easily accessible at each exit of the village (north and south). 🙏 Thank you for your understanding and for showing respect for the place. ​04/30/2026: Important information regarding the neighborhood: ​With your comfort in mind and for the sake of transparency, we would like to inform you that a construction project has begun on the property to the right of the house (there is a crane on site, and work is taking place on weekdays). ​However, the layout of the house has been designed to ensure your peace of mind and visual enjoyment: ​Unobstructed view: All the windows in the house face the lake exclusively. Therefore, the construction site has absolutely no impact on your view, or very little. ​Quiet terrace: The outdoor area and the terrace are located on the other side of the house, away from the construction site, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in peace. ​Keep in mind that in Conjux, you are in the heart of the countryside, right by the water. While the construction site is active during the day on weekdays, the absolute calm of our natural environment returns every evening and throughout the weekend.
