DOUBLE ROOM IN PLAZA TOROS

Double room with double bed,in recently reformed flat, in the city center (plaza de torros). My apartment is close to all important places of touristic interest. THE BEACH, THE HARBOUR, EXPLANADA (the maritime promenade), THE OLD CASK, THE CASTLE OF SANTA BARBARA can be reached walking. These places are around 10-15 minutes by foot. PLAZA DE TORROS, one of the most important places in Alicante, is less than 5 minutes away. All the furniture is brand new and the flat is soundproof, no noise. The space My apartment has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a small gallery. My guests can use not only the room they booked, but also the kitchen and the living room. The flat is brand new, recently reformed, fully equiped, provided with everything necessary so that my guests can feel like home. No need to bring much stuff as everything is available. My airbnb is easy to reach: 10 minutes walking from the city center, it is also close to THE BUS STATION, TRAIN STATION, TRAM. Bus number C6 which goes directly to the AIRPORT, 5 minutes away by foot. Guest access I put at the disposal of my guests, not only the bedroom, but also the rest of the house. They can enjoy some time in the living room, can cook and have meal in the kitchen or in the living room - wich is also adapted to be used as dining room. Kitchen is provided with all equipments needed for cooking. Living room has TV, sofa, dining table, nothing missing to make the stay of my guests confortable. During your stay I do not live in the flat, but my guests can easily contact me especially by messeaging here, on airbnb but also by phone. I will always be available in case of any need, so they can contact me with any doubt they could possibly have. Other things to note Taking into consideration the location of the flat, my guests can take full advantage of their holiday, as they can organize their time without taking any mean of transport, as, everything is reachable by foot. No need to spend money in public transport, no need to waste time waiting for busses/taxi/tram as the location is centric. This way, my guests can organize better their holiday time, fully enjoy it and visit as much as possible even in case of short staying.
