I am very well pleased to say that my condo unit is equipped with most of our basic needs.We really make sure that you will feel comfortable and get the value of you money.It has a clean linens and comfortable bed mattress,we also added Japanese haiku ceiling fan that gives you nice ambiance.The toilet has a heater and the best part is,WE HAVE FAST WIFI. The space My condo unit is conducive to all Family and friends quick getaway.My unit has the ambiance of beach life expectations.The place is very accessible to all major establishments and has a lot of access in different route.A wonderful place.Beautiful and relaxing vacation place within the city. Guest access The unit accommodate 4 people. Free Access for long term lease only . For short term lease they can still enjoy the wave pool by just paying P250/each at Azure counter. Parking fee rate is: P50 for 3hrs P35/Hr for the succeeding hours P385 Overnight parking fee Other things to note =Animal pets are strictly not allowed. =Smoking inside the unit and also at the balcony are also prohibited. =Kindly take off your shoes while inside the unit and use the slippers provided in the unit. =Unit has wifi =All guest must leave the unit clean and in good condition. =For Check in earlier than 11am there will be additional charge of P300.00 =Changes for the guest names can only be done within 2 working days.
