The apartment is located in the trendy neighborhood of Poblenou, within 9 min walking distance from Mar Bella Beach and nearby are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and museums. The space The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed; a modern living room with a dining table, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The bathroom was recently renovated. The terrace areas includes an additional outdoor living room and large dining table. The apartment includes a dish washing machine, a washing machine and central air-conditioning and/or heating. The building has a shared swimming pool and a large garden and children playing ground around it. This apartment is my primary residence, and I rent it out when I am away. Guest access The building has its own outdoor swimming pool; a large garden area and a playground for children; all of which can be used by the guest of the apartment. Other things to note Check-in is from 18:00-23:00 / 6pm-11pm . Exact arrival time should be agreed on before so that the host can make sure that someone is available to welcome you at the house. Check-out is at 12(noon) or earlier. Paid parking is available in the building but it should be requested and confirmed before (it not available by default - if you want to make sure it is available - please send a message before booking). The costs are EUR 20 a night to be paid in cash at check-in. The parking is in the basement of the same building. Parking is not available if it is not requested and confirmed before. Host will require the full name of all guests - including children and babies. Check in will be rejected if guests arrive with more people than listed in the booking, or if more people beyond the initial booking join at a later stage.
