Terrigal Studio 8B - 150m walk to Terrigal beach

Your clever, compact air conditioned Studio retreat is a 150m (you never need a taxi 😄) level walk to Terrigal 🌈Beach & it's choice of bars, cafes & restaurants. Wifi, USB charge points, kitchenette, coffee machine, linen and a large private balcony with seating for 6 and a BBQ. PLUS bonus Ralph - the border collie may be around! All my kids are adults now, live in Sydney & I want others to have fun in this great Studio. 4pm check out usually OK Sundays. ✔️ The space This is a compact Studio with good storage, great natural light, indoor table and chairs for 2 people, a kitchenette with bar fridge, dishwasher, coffee, tea, kettle, toaster, microwave, a TV on the wall, a large outdoor balcony with ocean glimpses and seating for 6, clamshell outdoor double lounge and, most importantly, an easy walk to the Beach and all of Terrigal's entertainment and food. Beach is very safe and patrolled from 9am - 6pm. I leave boogie boards out for kids. All linen and towels provided for your convenience. Guest access Once up the stairs, your Studio is accessed along the balcony of my apartment through the far gate, past my front door. So the access balcony is common space. Once in your area, it is completely private with no interaction with my apartment. Other things to note You have a big outdoor table......and 25m2 of personal balcony with BBQ and clamshell day bed. The second bed option is a sofa bed. The design is made up from an oversized arm chair that pulls out to a king single sofa bed.
