A room in an old soviet flat

Do You plan to have a business trip to Moscow or just to take a look at the city? Want to spend night in a cozy room with comfy beds? Share a retro Moscow flat? A bright room in the very heart of the city (inside the Sadovaya ring near Mayakovskaya and Tverskaya metro stations) with hospitable hosts is waiting for You. We speak English and Russian. Superlocation! 15-20 mins to Kremlin on foot. All historical places reachable on foot. Mayakovskaya and Tverskaya metro stations are nearby. The space We could have written "a cozy room in a retro flat" and make Yourself spend night on an old squeaky bed. But we are honestly saying that we have an old, fromerly communal flat with 2003 renovation and Your room was renovated in 2018 and also You should have very comfortable beds as tomorrow You will wake up fully charged to feast your eyes on our lovely Moscow. You would be living in a separate room in our flat (it is two of us living in the other room). The flat is clean and tidy, though the walls are old. The common places we share are being washed everyday and the bath -- several times a day. Perfectly clean dishes, cutlery and stove. Comfortable and not squeaky springed mattresses on Finnish beds (we are using the same), high-quality and fresh bed linens. The old oak parquet is covered with carpeting. There is everything necessary for a comfortable modern life: limitless and wireless Internet-connection up to 150 Mb/s, cable TV, modern appliances and many other stuff. We can place an additional bed. This would cost 50% of current price. Feel free to ask us anything and anytime. We would be glad if You enjoy Your stay and doubly glad if we could be of a help. Guest access There are two male and two female pairs of slippers, which are cleaned after each guest. You would have a private fridge on the kitchen, You could also use a stove and an oven, a microwave oven and dishes. There is a toaster, a citrus juicer and a coffee machine. There is a green and and a black tea, coffee, sugar and spices available at anytime. The breakfast includes black and green tea, coffeee, chicory, cacao and sugar. If You would like a european meal, You could pay 250 RUR for each person in addition. The european meal consists of: milk with cereals/muesli or porridge, a serving of butter, jam and cheese, bread, yoghurt and an egg for each person. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, shampoo, hair conditioner and a shower gel. If You would need to print, scan or copy, You could ask us. Other things to note It's quiet and no one will disturb you unnecessarily. We're interested in how do locals from your country live and we can also talk about ours. If you don't want to communicate -- just tell us, we'll understand. The bathroom is regularly cleaned with antiseptics. If you'd like, you can additionally wash it yourself, the stuff is under the sink. Prithee keep clean after yourselves, do not eat in the room and do not leave trash in the room and keep the toilet clean. We do not take cleaning fees and suppose you to be respectful to hosts. We couldn't check You in every time in person because we study. We could drop the keys for You in special place but only if You are coming for several nights. But if Your booking is one night only we could check You in only after 5PM, herewith the room would be ready only at 6PM (in case that the previous guest is leaving that day, what You could always ask us via messages). Some days we could check You in only after 5PM. Do not hesitate to ask about the time as we have different schedule for different days. It may be that things would go the most comfortable way for You on the day of Your arrival. If You need to check out after 11AM, You could leave Your luggage and take it before departure.
