Self check-in anytime! The space This charming apartment is large, bright and very comfortable. Located on the 7th floor in one of the best buildings that is perfectly situated in a historic heart of Tbilisi, just steps away from all major landmarks and sightseeing's. Location can not get any better than this. All 5-star hotels are located on Rustaveli avenue, the cultural epicenter of Tbilisi, and within walking distance from the apartment. Just to mention Presidential Suite of Marriott Hotel is facing my terrace. The terrace has 180-degree panoramic views and is perfect to sit back and enjoy coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings. Note: furniture on terrace were changed recently, white sofas were replaced by grey corner sofa. Apartment is 70sqm and has two rooms: ➤Bedroom with king size bed and terrace with amazing views ➤Living room with corner sofa that converts to queen size bed and comes with mattress. There is juliet balcony in the living room. ➤Kitchen is included in a living room and comes with built-in fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, oven and all essentials for cooking, although most guests do not use them, as restaurants are decently priced in Georgia and are located within a walking distance from the apartment. Living room also has interactive 50-inch TV with 150 international channels and very fast WiFi (fiber-optic). Please note gas cooking stove was recently replaced by induction stove, for which the photo has not been provided yet. ➤Bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). Fresh towels and bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo, toilet paper) are provided. ➤Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, are all provided. ➤Washing machine is installed in the apartment for more convenience. ➤Climate Control system is installed in the apartment and temperature can be individually adjusted from the wall panel. Baby crib can also be provided if needed (for extra cost). Building has 24-hour security, 4 high-speed elevators, reception, lobby, CCTV cameras, electricity backup supply, two entrances (one is step-free in case you have heavy suitcases). There is parking on the street but mostly occupied, but building has underground garage. Guest access You can enjoy the entire apartment (private terrace, bedroom, bathroom, living room). The check-in and check-out procedure is very smooth. The instructions can be accessed after booking is finalized. Also, no worries about late night arrivals. I can arrange airport pickup. Other things to note Self checkin is possible anytime. Check-in anytime after 3pm, check-out before 12pm. Sometimes early check-in and/or late check-out is possible, without extra charge, if another reservation doesn't overlap, but please let me know in advance during the booking. Extra cleaning (during long stays) can be arranged for additional cost. Children under two - free of charge (using existing bed). Baby crib and high chair can be provided for extra charge (please arrange in advance, subject to availability). Airport transfer can be arranged for 25 Euro (25$). Note: there might be water shortage due to technical issues in all central neighborhoods of the city (once or twice per month); water might go off for several hours until pipes are repaired; warning messages are usually sent in advance.
