A clean & beautiful house by the sea.

Cleanliness is always a priority in my home. As things stand today, cleanliness is imperative for all of us. Built on the sea in 2 acres with trees & flowers, just 500 meters from the Golden Beach. The beach of Drios is 5 minutes on foot. It is fully equipped. It has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom on the ground floor, 1 bedroom & bathroom on the 1st floor & a terrace with a wonderful view. The large living & dining room/kitchen are joined by a covered patio. The space You have the opportunity to explore small beaches on foot or do various sports, such as running, water biking or skiing, diving, etc. If you love cooking, the House has the necessary equipment & the supermarket is 10 minutes on foot. Of course, there is always the option for delivery or take away. Guest access You will have the entire house at your disposal without having to deal with others. In addition, there will be a gap of 1-2 days between bookings. Other things to note The house is autonomous and right on the sea.
