Own entrance to your private large bedroom with full bathroom, including bath. Step out onto East Tce, and all the action, with Hutt St and Rundle St restaurants on your doorstep. You have the botanic gardens a short stroll away and If you need to venture further there is a free City bus on Hutt Street. The Adelaide Parklands incorporating the Frisbee (Disc) golf course is at your front door and major Adelaide events like the Fringe and Clipsal are less than a five minute walk from us. The space Perfect for a single guest or two. Guest access Guests can access front yard. Seperate entrance to your private self contained room is to the right of the front door as you look at the house. During your stay We live on the property but your room has its own entrance and we will not interfere with your stay. However if you have any questions or queries we are available to answer all your questions or provide assistance or recommendations on request. Other things to note Free parking available if negotiated prior to booking. Otherwise Two hour parking available on the street. (free from Sat. 12:00 noon and all day Sunday). A cat lives in the main house but has NO access to your area. No access to kitchen. No access to laundry in house. No access to driveway, unless negotiated in advance.
