Location is perfect as its only 2 mins walk to the Metro Station and famous İstiklal Street. There is no elevator in building and flat is on second floor. The space 1870 Yılında inşa edilen bu tarihi eser bina aslına uygun olarak kısa süre önce modern bir şekilde restore edilmiştir. Located in a beautifully restored building, the apartment features a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to three guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, cooker, dishwasher, and everything needed for cooking at home. Guests also have access to a shared laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and iron located downstairs in the building. Towels, slippers, shampoo, and a hair dryer are provided free of charge. The flat is heated and has 24-hour hot water. All guests can use laundry area at donwstairs of building which has laundry machines, dry machine and Iron. Apartment has a usefull kitchen with a microwave, kettle, cooker, diswasher, aspirator and other kitchen facilities. Getting around Şişhane Metro Station (Istiklal Street exit) is only 200 meters away. Galata Tower is a 5-minute walk, and Taksim Square is about 15 minutes. Tram and ferry lines are nearby for easy access to Sultanahmet, Kadıköy, Üsküdar, and the Princes’ Islands. We also offer an airport transfer service for guests. The cost is €50 (total, not per person) for up to five people, from İstanbul airport (IST) and 60 Eur from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) Airport. Courteous driver will meet you at the airport, assist with luggage, and take you directly to the apartment in a disinfected private minivan. ⸻ House manual • Hot water and heating: Work automatically. If you’d like the apartment warmer or cooler, just let me know. • Stove: Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds until it lights. • Laundry: Located downstairs and free to use. There are two sets of machines (washer and dryer). Please bring your own detergent. • Trash: When leaving the apartment, the trash area is immediately to your left — behind the grey door with a rope handle labeled “Trash.” • Quiet hours: The neighborhood is peaceful at night; please be respectful of neighbors after 22:00.
