Welcome to Mesa Verde Tiny House! This cool little place has a queen size bed, large shower, bathroom, kitchen, and open living area with a fold out futon with an amazing view of Ute Mountain and Mesa Verde. This house fits two comfortably (3 is possible with futon) and it requires safely sleeping in a high loft and climbing a tall ladder. Cleaned and sanitized completely. The tiny home has a full kitchen and bathroom (with shower), fridge, stove, fold out futon, and queen bed in the loft. Adirondack chairs outside to watch the sunsets. Above the bed is a skylight to watch the stars as well as 6 windows to catch the view of the sunset over Ute Mountain. We are 5 minutes south of town and offer privacy and a great view of our great little place in the SW. If you need additional space for family and friends, we have other listings—Mesa Verde Casita, The Four Corners Tiny House, and The Sleeping Ute Tiny House on the same property. Each can sleep 2-3 guests. No TV or cable but pretty good WiFi. Acoustic guitar is on the wall for your enjoyment. Sorry, no pets and no young children due to the high loft. If you are interested in exploring the area on horseback, JJ leads trail rides that explore McElmo Canyon and visit ancient Puebloan ruins. Our priority is the comfort and privacy of our guests. Feel free to visit our animals, etc. If you’d like to have a fire in the fire pit, please send us a message and ask us first (due to possible County fire restrictions). Although this is not a guest amenity, our family hot tub may be available for use, depending on our schedule. Please just ask during your stay and we’ll let you know. We tend to give our guests privacy but would love to meet you if you desire. We have pets on the property including chickens, dogs, and cats. We have fresh eggs. We also have a pond on our 9 acres. Feel free to hike around. We have great hiking and mountain biking trails in the area and are happy to help you design your stay in the 4 Corners area. You will need a vehicle to get around town.
