Feel free to ask during your stay, and we’ll let you know if it’s available. Your comfort and privacy are our priority. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your stay even better. Other things to note We have recently gone over the house completely and installed a new on demand water heater. We had issues in the past and these have been remedied by an entirely new (and spendy) system. We’ve been Airbnb hosts since the early days, and our approach reflects that “old-school Airbnb” spirit. This is a handcrafted space with a bit of quirk and a lot of character—not a hotel or luxury stay. If you’re looking for a highly polished or high-maintenance experience, this may not be the right fit. We are easygoing, responsive Superhosts who genuinely care about providing a great stay. This small business helps support our kids’ college education, so your experience—and your review—means a lot to us. If anything isn’t right, please let us know during your stay. We take feedback seriously and will do what we can to make it right. Just let us know. • As far as coffee we have a small Keurig with Donut Shop Coffee flavor and cream. We also have a regular coffee pot with filters for you to bring your own brew. • House manual, WiFi info, and directions are in the Airbnb app—please have it accessible • We proudly support hard-working members of the Cortez community with fair wages; the cleaning fee helps sustain this while keeping nightly rates reasonable • No TV or cable, but reliable WiFi • 10 minutes to Phil’s World (mountain biking) • EV charging available via 30-amp RV plug (small donation appreciated at checkout) If your dates aren’t available, check out our other listings on the property: • Four Corners Tiny House • Sleeping Ute Tiny House • Mesa Verde Casita
