MJ Beach House and Cottages is a family owned beach house located at Bignay 1, Sariaya, Quezon, Phil. catered to provide our guests comfort and enjoyment away from the hustle and bustle of the Metro. Feel the warm sand on your feet as you stroll along the shore and watch the beautiful sunrise or simply sit, relax and enjoy the tides. Floor mattresses and beddings are available for 2 guests that can not be accommodated in the rooms. Guests are required to present health clearance issued 2 days before arrival. 2. Registration for contact tracing purposes. 3. Health protocols should always be observed, wear face mask and shield. 4. Physical distancing of 2 meters (6 Ft). 5. Use of disinfectant and proper hand washing. Common Facilities: shower area, separate toilet for male and female, running water, overhead water and pressure tank, open fire cooking station, BBQ grill. Other things to note We offer fun and memorable experience. Tourist can enjoy a boat ride by renting local fisherman's boat or purchase fresh seafood from them directly from a local fish port which is 5 minutes walk along the shore. Safety is our big concern for visitors, staff and property. Parking is secured and it is inside our fenced property where our gate is closed after midnight. Safety nets under coconut trees as protection against falling coconut fruits. We are committed to continuously improving our beach house and services.
