We offer a spacious 2 BR, 2 T&B condo unit (fits a max of 8 persons including kids and infants) at the Wind Residences in Tagaytay near Sky Ranch and Summit Ridge. Apart from being centrally located, Wind Residences also offer hotel-like amenities that you can enjoy when you stay with us so you don't have to go anywhere else. The weather is cool (for the most part) which our family finds relaxing. Our kids particularly enjoy the pool, the game room and the play area; for me and my wife, it's the relaxing environment that we love so much. We have created a lot of good memories there and hope to continue doing so in the future. We hope that this special space also does the same for you when you stay with us. Guest access There is a pool, game room, and play area at the clubhouse that can be used for a fee. Tennis and basketball courts are also available. Other things to note -Netflix, some card games, and Jenga are available for your entertainment. -Unit does not have a stove (no cooking allowed). We only have a microwave, kettle and rice cooker. Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and utensils are provided. -Use of amenities (pool, courts, play area, etc.) is extra charge (payable to Wind Residences). Pool fee is Php150 per person on regular days and Php300 per person on holidays. Pool is open from 8am to 10pm. A voucher is required to be purchased prior to use of the pool. -Late check in fees: 6pm to 10pm - Php300 Php100 per hour beyond 10pm (a fraction of an hour is rounded off to one hour) Late check in fees are strictly payable upon arrival. -Please do not forget to input the correct number of guests to get the correct rate (rates are dependent on number of guests). - We use PLDT HOME Fibr for internet with speeds of up to 100Mbps.
