[See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars! We lived here during the summer growing up. It's a great spot. We've upgraded it, so it could be used all year 'round, and tried to add creature comforts worthy of the location. We're excited to share it with others, whom we thank for allowing us to maintain it into the future. Ask us about multi-day discounts November through May. (Does not apply to holidays.) Note nearby you've got hikes, skiing, and of course specialized shopping, entertainment and breweries showcasing our great Western NY culture. No matter how long your day, at the end of it, you'll enjoy coming home to peace and solitude. Soak in the outdoor hot tub, chill by the fire. The cottage is comfortable and relaxed, with a peaceful open plan. We have Wifi, but it's a great place to disconnect, and reconnect. A single story with a ramp, it is handicapped accessible. (Permit # 2023-0016) The Whole Cottage, the lots, the streams, the beaches... all yours. Canoes may be used at your own risk. If you plan to share with a dog we charge a $150 per dog pet fee and want to discuss. We look forward to talking before you arrive. Once here, you're on your own - but we do have a local manager/friend who can help in a crises, and is happy to help you find things, share our recommendations, etc. There is a nice .5 km walk through vineyards outside our door. (Please drive slowly inside the vineyard) There is running - out, along the lake, and back, or an 8 mile loop that goes up above the lake and has a great view. Bristol Mountain Ski Area (1,100' vertical) is nearby, plus village of Naples, hikes, cross country skiing, a great disc golf course, and finger lakes college town amenities, etc. Please drive slowly. It's easy, and fun, to get dropped off with everything you need. Probably, for going out, shopping, recreating, you'll want a car. In the winter, we recommend 4-wheel drive and/or tire chains if conditions are really bad - we have people who can help you, but please use your judgement. We are less than 20 minutes from skiing, golf, food, shopping, big hikes with views, empty roads for biking, etc. What makes this cottage unique means specific responsibilities for guests. Our lake is the drinking water source for several small cities in the region, and their residents join us in thanking you for living lightly on the land while you are next to the water. Our place is a unique location - on a special lake. Great walks, amazing birds, swimming, napping, - it's restorative. NOT A PARTY PLACE. It's rustic - old school. No power boats or jet skis - thanks. If you want peace and calm - it is for you.
