In the heart of Belle-Plagne, close to ESF and shops, ski-in ski-out apartment 60 square meters, recently renovated, 4-star rating by the TO of La Plagne - Paradiski, south-facing, comprising two bedrooms including a master suite, with three balconies, all comforts (Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, Hi-Fi system, 2 bathrooms with heated towel rails including a Balneotherapy bath, equipped kitchen (Nespresso, Kettle, Coffee maker, Convection oven, Microwave, Dishwasher), Washing machine, Dryer, Ski locker. The space Comfortable family apartment that can accommodate 7 people, each with their own space, with a direct view of the mountain for an unforgettable vacation. The ski-in and the proximity to the Ski School will satisfy both parents and children who can meet – without wasting time – for lunch at the apartment which is very sunny from noon until evening, before leaving for a new afternoon of skiing. Non-skiers will not be left out in this cozy apartment, with a view of the slopes and mountains, close to shops, restaurants and bars. This is my family apartment and I am extremely grateful to my guests for taking care of it as if it were their own. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and storage except one closet. Other things to note GRAND COMFORT apartment of 60 m², completely renovated. - A spacious living room, facing south west, at the edge of the slopes... - a 7-seat dining room + flat screen TV - A kitchen equipped with major brand appliances (convection oven, microwave, 4-burner induction stove, range hood, food processor, numerous storage cupboards...) Two bathrooms: - A corner jetted bathtub - A large walk-in shower - Separate toilet Three bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: two 80 cm beds (or one 160 cm bed) - Bedroom 2: one 160 cm bed + large flat screen TV - Bedroom 3: (creation with separation from bedroom 2) a double bed (click clack in 120 cm) - Possibility to put an extra baby bed. - Living room: extra bed Numerous cupboards and storage Entrance hall arranged for an easy departure to the slopes. Hi-Fi system, iPhone charger Private Wi-Fi connection. I rent a non-private parking space in the AVAL car park in Belle-Plagne allowing direct access to the apartment at a rate of 60 euros per week (instead of 72 euros public rate). The reservation is made after sending the rental agreement that mentions the bank details to make the additional transfer. You can book additional services on the WELCOME HOME concierge website (which will welcome you during your stay: sheets (to be rented 10 days before your arrival directly on the site), benefit from a discount on ESF group lessons, on the rental of ski equipment from Sport 2000 (Discount codes sent with the booking contract by email. The contract is to be returned signed). Housekeeping is optional at a price of 80 euros to be ordered directly from the WELCOME HOME concierge service.
