Fully equipped - wifi, astro, hot water, air-conditioning in the rooms and living room. The layout of the house is a courtyard house with a small indoor garden in the middle, the environment is quiet and pleasant. The suite is on the second floor of the house, you can see the small garden from the corridor, and there is a lawn within 100 meters of the house. The homestay is a courtyard house - the house is surrounded by a small garden on four sides. So you can enter the suite directly from the outside, without going through the inside of the house. The homestay is located near The Store on Jalan Kampar/Kampar Road (2 min walk). Located in the heart of the city, it is only a 5-minute drive to the old town. The space Suite layout: one living room, two bedrooms, one shower, one balcony. The entire unit is tiled and air-conditioned. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The internet speed is good, there is usually no problem playing videos. Hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo are provided. (Please note that toothbrushes and towels are not provided!) There is a kettle for boiling water. Guest access Check-in and check-out are very convenient, you only need to enter the password to enter and exit. Other things to note Towels and toothbrushes are not provided, please remember to bring your own. 6 people are allowed to stay, but please note that there is only one toilet! The suite is on the 2nd floor, you have to climb stairs.
