Haus Adona - Spacious loft, convenient location

Our most recent property Adona is a beautifully furnished loft apartment set over two floors. It is located just a short walk from the village centre close to the many shops, restaurants and other amenities that Zermatt has to offer. It is set on a slight elevation (30 steps from street level) on the top floor of the building (accessible by lift). It is light and spacious and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The space This lovely loft apartment is beautifully furnished to a high standard while retaining a sense of warmth and homeliness. It comprises of three bedrooms and three bathrooms set over two floors. There is a master bedroom with double bed and two twin bedrooms. There are two shower rooms (shower/basin W/C) and one bathroom with a bath (plus shower/basin/W/C). In addition to this the open plan living and dining area makes this the perfect setting for a family holiday. There is ample seating in the lounge area that also has a fireplace and leads onto a lovely balcony. The lounge is equipped with a plasma television with multi-lingual channels, DVD player, CD/Radio and iPod docking station and free wireless internet access. The dining area comfortably seats 8 people and leads onto the well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and raclette etc. There is also an additional space on the mezzanine floor which guests can use as an office, reading area or simply a quiet space. Guest access The loft apartment is let in its entirety with shared access to a lift. Guests may also use the communal washing and drying facilities in the building. Other things to note The loft apartment is conveniently situated just a five minute walk from the village centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest ski departure station is also only a short walk .
