This chic studio is perfect for anyone wanting to explore San Diego! We are located in the heart of San Diego, less than 1 minute walk from the popular Mission Bay! Crown Point is located on a peninsula on the northern end of the bay where restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all in walking distance. Crown Point illustrates the ideal San Diego lifestyle! Besides being in the best part of Mission Bay, we are minutes from the popular beaches of Pacific Beach, La Jolla, and Mission Beach. The space Mission Bay is in walking distance and the bike path alongside the Bay will lead you to the beach. You will be able to enjoy walking, biking or roller blading around Mission Bay with Mission Beach and Pacific Beach in short distances. The location is also centrally located for day trips to the Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown, Legoland, The Wild Animal Park, Coronado Island, along with many other well known sites in San Diego. This bright and homey studio has been updated and has hardwood throughout with brand new tiles in the kitchen. The living space includes a comfortable couch that turns into a Queen size bed along with a storage space under the chaise portion of the couch. Kitchen: Equipped with necessary appliances and dishes. Bathroom: Necessities will be provided for you, including towels, shampoo, body wash, soap, etc. Other amenities include 55" Sony Smart HDTV including apps such as Netflix (FREE CONTENT ONLY), YouTube, etc. NOTE: we provide Netflix and other internet apps available on the TV as a courtesy for our guests, but if you would like to purchase additional shows or movies, please make sure to use your own account, otherwise we will charge your deposit. Also, the unit is located on the second story so there are a set of stairs. Guest access This perfect guest home will be all yours throughout your stay and all amenities inside are included for your convenience! Other things to note We love San Diego and want nothing more than to have every guest fall in love with San Diego like we have! There is a cleaning fee, which is for the purpose of getting the place back to how it was when you arrived. We expect our guests to treat this unit as if they would their own home. There are trash bins outside the gated area where you can throw out your trash bags and we would appreciate guests picking up after themselves. Also, checkout is at 11am unless scheduled otherwise with us. Our cleaner arrives at 11am and any unauthorized stay after will create additional charges. The house has a tankless water heater, so at times it may take a few minutes before the water heats up, especially in the mornings. Lastly, the house on the property is a separate listing. Although detached, noise levels will be heard, so please be cognizant of that and the quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.
