Comfortable air-conditioned apartment (60 m2) ideal for 4-5 people, furnished in minimal style, it is perfect for a holiday as a couple, with family or with friends. The accommodation consists of a living room with sofa and LED TV, the kitchen equipped with gas hob, crockery, cutlery, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with window and shower cubicle. No elevator The space The apartment, recently finished in June 2013, has modern and very accurate interiors, it is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and the centre of the town. The apartment is situated on a modern building, it has large and well lighted living and dining room, with TV LED 32’’ and a couch, there are large sliding doors that give onto a furnished veranda, a perfect location to enjoy meals or to relax. The kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 double room and 1 twin room, and 1 bathroom with shower. The home is also equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, warm/cold air-conditioning in the living room and also in the 2 bedrooms. Recommended for families and for people who want to stay in a quite area, away from the chaos of the city, but at the same time near the lively centre of the town and the beach. Perfect for holidays at the seaside. This apartment gives you the possibility to spend a few relaxing days in an elegant area, with all the comforts that a well equipped apartment can offer. In front of the entrance of the building there is a large public car park. There is no lift in the building and the guest will have to reach the flat via stairs. Guest access (There is no lift in the building) The house is 300 metres from the beach and the promenade of Marina di Ragusa (the promenade is the centre) where there are bars and restaurants. A minimarket, bakery, butcher's shop, fruit and vegetable shops can all be reached on foot around the main square (which is about 500 metres from the flat). The main supermarket in Marina di Ragusa is on the outskirts and is about 1.5 km away, so a car is advisable (although many people go there on foot anyway). I would like to remind you that it is possible to book our garage, underground at the price of only €5 per night. In winter period from October to March, with a minimum stay of 28 nights, an additional contribution for electricity consumption of € 0.45 kWh is required. I remind you that on arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200 to guarantee the perfect condition of the flat. At the time of departure, a joint check of the flat will be carried out to verify its condition and, if this is positive, the deposit will be returned.
