Our recently renovated townhouses , La Casa de la Ria(I) and La Casa de la Ria (II), with a capacity for 6 people each, are located in an idyllic spot on the edge of the Ria del Sella. The space The plot has in the garden a pier direct to the Ria. Private parking, barbecue and WIFI. Each of the houses has a living-dining room on the ground floor (TV , DVD, table for 6 people ), kitchen (with oven, hob, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, full kitchen), toilet and storage room. Upstairs there are three double rooms with two bathrooms and a private terrace. Each of the rooms has a built-in closet and TV. The entire house has home automation controlled heating. Guest access If you like fishing, the Casas de la Ría offer the possibility to enjoy the rich pool of the Sella. Being the Ría area, the fresh water of the river, which comes from the Picos de Europa, converges with the salt water of the Cantabrian Sea. The tide makes the landscape magically change later. Enjoying at the end of the fishing day of a barbecue in the garden is something that the Casa de la Ría puts at your fingertips.
