Families are very welcome! 🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down. Check-in Fees: To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible. 🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee 🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee 📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee Tourist Tax in Barcelona: 🏛️ 6,88 EUR per person, per night Attention: It will increase starting April 1, 2026, to €10.45 per person per night (for guests aged 17 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
