*Please message me to confirm availability before booking* Recently updated 1960's ranch house with sunny rooms and beautiful views. The house sits on a large shady lot in the charming Sunset Village neighborhood . Large driveway, screen porch, outdoor patio and outdoor fire pit. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bedroom with a twin sized bed. Common spaces include a comfortable dutch futon style sofa with a mattress too, and a fainting couch for extra guests. The space *please note, if you have 2 guests but would like access to 2 separate bedrooms/beds, please book the reservation for 3 guests. This will add $25 additional fee per extra bedroom.** Guests will have access to the entire house including one or two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor spaces. Guest access Large living room, full kitchen access, screened in porch, firepit, 2 hammocks, etc.
