2 bedroom and 2 bath condo, located in the heart of Lead, SD. Just 3 miles from Deadwood and 17 miles from Sturgis. This condo is right off of Main Street and central to great restaurants, and things to do. Guests can enjoy full use of the kitchen, and wifi as well as cable tv. The condo comes with one dedicated parking space and also short term parking close on Main Street. Enjoy the cool mountain evenings in the summer or close to skiing and snowmobiling during the winter. 2 full bathrooms including shower and tub in each. Keurig Coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven, and refrigerator. The condo has 2 televisions and cable is provided as well as wifi. It can sleep up to five with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is on the second floor and there is no elevator, however there is an easy access ramp up to the second floor on the east side of the building. The entire Condo is for our guests. We can be contacted during your stay and many times can be there to provide answers to your question and other things during your stay. We also can be contacted by text or email if we are not close to the condo at that time. Lead is a small town away from the activity you will experience after a great day in Deadwood or Sturgis, or for that matter anywhere in the Black Hills. Quiet time is set at 9pm for our neighbors and those close to the condo. There are local cab companies, as well as ATV rentals during the summer. We are 45 miles from Rapid City and it offers several rental car companies. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11. We have a Ring doorbell outside the door in the hall for our peace of mind when there is no Airbnb guest booked. Laundry is down the hall and $1.50 per load wash and $1.50 dry.
