Come enjoy our great family home just 7 miles from Sanford Stadium and Downtown. We welcome everyone to come relax and enjoy your weekend in Athens, Georgia! If you are interested in specific dates or long term stays that are not during football season, please contact for availability. The space Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is just a quick drive or Uber to Downtown Athens, Sanford Stadium, and numerous wedding venues. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, comfortable living room furniture, ample seating in kitchen and dining room, and backyard patio. Guest access Guest have access to entire house with the exception of master closet. There is plenty of parking in driveway area. Fenced backyard with treehouse- this is where our loving and friendly Husky, Biscuit, stays. There is an additional fenced-in patio area right outside back door with firepit, seating, and table with chairs. Other things to note You can enjoy the patio area with or without the attention of Biscuit. Since Biscuit stays on the property, we do ask that guest feed him. This can be done without having to enter his area. All previous guests have fallen in love with Biscuit and raved about his friendliness.
