The apartment has 12 steps, going up we have the dining room, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king size mattress, 2 bathrooms with shower (the second bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, the two rooms are communicating) and a small closet. It is provided with WI-FI and Smart TV. There are A/C in each room, very efficient and silent for ensure your rest. In the Kitchen there are: Induction plate (No gas in apt for your safe), refrigerator with freezer, microvawe, kettle, toaster, washing machine, then you can have to enjoy stay, coffee, various types of tea..... totally equipped for your unforgettable stay! In each bathroom there are a thermal heaters, a hairdryer, then soft make up pads, facial wipes and tissues. Also a hair straightener. In the small closet there are iron and ironing board, clotheshorse and cleaning tools. The apt is located between the ground and the first floor, there are 12 steps inside, 4 windows overlook in a little and very quiet internal courtyard. Everything you must visit is only few minutes by walk, all the most important museums, sites, gardens... 1 minute to the Duomo, 2 minutes to Opificio delle Pietre Dure, 3 minutes to Michelangelo’s David, 10 minutes to Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi Gallery and Old Bridge, 15 minutes to Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Garden, 10 minutes from the most famous fashion stores such as Gucci, Prada, Ferragamo.... In the street there are a lot of Restaurants, Pizzeria, Bar, and a fruit and vegetable shop. 30 meters from my apartment there is a convenient grocery store “CONAD“ so you can buy everything you need. next to the apartment there is a tourist agency that can organize very interesting trips: visits to the vineyards of Chianti, San Gimignano, Siena.... also very beautiful to visits the Cinque Terre.
