The space This modern 1-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate two adults (with no children) for an incredible vacation. Overlooking the endless sea, the tremendous mountain range and the tranquil town of Calpe, it is situated on the 8th floor of the beachfront residential complex Rubino. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a big terrace. The building is located directly on the promenade and if you follow it, you’ll get to the big sandy beach - Arenal Bol - in 5 minutes. There is also a nice small sandy beach just next to the residential complex. Every year, Calpe’s beaches receive the Blue Flag. Everything is in a walking distance: a supermarket (10 min), a bus station, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés on the promenade. The swimming pool is situated on the southern side of the private residential area and has amazing views to the Ifach Rock. The building has janitor service. WiFi Internet (100 Mb/sec) is included in the price. You’ll also have your own parking space on the complex territory. The town port with its famous fish restaurants is in 5 minutes walk. All along the beach, there’s promenade where you can find a variety of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. Guest access In the apartment there are bedroom, a terrace and a living room with a panoramic sea view and with a table and 2 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. High-speed fibre optic Internet (100 Mb). If you need to smoke, please do it on the terrace. Don’t throw cigarette butts and other sorts of rubbish from the apartment’s windows and the terrace. You’ll find an ashtray in one of the kitchen’s cupboards. Observe silence not only inside the apartment but also in the building and within the residential area. Other things to note Extra services: - transfer from Alicante or Valencia airports - purchase of foodstuffs for the day of your arrival - leasing of cradle and baby eating seat: 50 euro during the vacation for each item - leasing of baby car seat: 50 euro during the vacation.
