The space Located on the 2nd floor, this apartment is a large open space that combines, in one room, a comfortable double bed, a sofa with a flat-screen TV and dining table and a kitchen, all designed to make your stay practical and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils and cutlery, an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, magic wand and coffee machine to prepare a delicious meal. Also including a washer and dryer for your convenience. It also has a spacious bathroom with shower, including clean towels, hairdryer and toiletries. Although the view is of other buildings, there are no direct windows to the apartment, ensuring total privacy, with the advantage of providing a calm and quiet environment, without the noise of traffic or the city. We ask all guests to fill out a registration form that complies with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal, and for this purpose you must provide your citizen card/passport/driver's license details. Before your arrival, we will send you the check-in instructions and where you can pick up the keys. People not registered in the reservation are not allowed to enter, either to visit or to stay overnight, without the prior written authorization of the owner. This rule is intended to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking and partying inside the property, in order to ensure respect for the tranquility and well-being of all guests and neighbors. To ensure the safety of all guests and the property, please be advised that there is a surveillance camera installed in the entrance hall of the property. The camera is used solely for security purposes and monitors only common areas.
