With it's open floorplan and separate living areas there's space to enjoy different activities in several different areas. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any and all spaces within the house and on the property. This includes the laundry, lower garage, and pool, in season. The detached garage and basement utility area are not included in the rental and shall remain locked. Other things to note POOL: *The pool is typically open from May-Sept. for the enjoyment of your family or group. Hot tub is open year round. Please keep a close eye on children. HOT TUB: Hot tub is cleaned & balanced before each guest stay & floating sanitizer is filled. Please keep the floater in the hot tub while not in use to ensure it’s sanitizing throughout your stay. *** NO PARTIES: The home is located in a peaceful serene neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place for a large or loud celebration, this is NOT it. Good luck in your search. All outdoor activities shall cease at 10pm and anything continuing indoors will be done at a lower level of volume. SECURITY: *There is a security camera on the front porch that displays the front porch, sidewalk, and driveway. There are also cameras located on the back deck that shows all activity on the deck and in the backyard and pool area, and above the garage door on the lower driveway. DOG POLICIES: *We are pleased to offer a dog friendly property for our guests but the property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property. *Dogs are required to stay on leash at all times when not in the house or the fenced yard. *Dogs will be allowed with a one time fee of $100 for up to three (3) dogs. Maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Fee will be collected at booking via the Airbnb app. *Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning related to dogs in the house and any damages will be taken from the security deposit.
