On a hill summit in the countryside surrounding the medieval borgo of Montopoli in Val d’Arno, immersed in the quiet of vast vineyards and olive groves with a breathtaking 360 degree panorama. The space The house lies on a panoramic position on the highest hill. A large house with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath and both with shower, full equipped kitchen, recreation room with TV, DVD, library, stereo, fully equipped barbecue area and outdoor pool and veranda for relaxing while enjoying views to take your breath away. Other things to note The entire farm lies in an area of animal reserve. Therefore you can find various wild animals typical of the area, such as hares, pheasants, wild boars, porcupines, foxes and hawks that nest in our land. Often in the morning, looking out the windows you can see hares that run between the rows of vines and pheasants with their offspring in tow who certainly do not mind (unfortunately for us!) a hearty meal based on our grapes! Not far away we'll let you know our sweet horses. Our sports association, "Il Solicchio" has the aim to diffuse love and respect for horses and riding / handling knowledge to anyone who loves world that surrounds these beautiful animals. We have an arena for riding lessons of 20m x 60m where private and group lessons are kept. Under our guidance, is also possible to participate on hacks in our beautiful countryside; we think that there is no better way to fully enjoy a territory, its scents and colors than doing it in the saddle.
