Please keep the temperature on the air conditioning at 21 degrees for the best performance on the compressors. Kindly keep all doors closed when aircon is in use. The entire home runs on generators in the event of power failures. There are lifts to all floors. Netflix & other streaming channels are available to view with the Smart TV. Fibre Wifi is available. However, we cannot always guarantee it to work if there is a problem with the supplier but usually fantastic. Enter with lifts to the fourth floor where the apartment is on one level with easy access to pool and beach areas. The home is fully fitted with all essential cooking ware fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer in the unit. Kitchen (fully equipped for self-catering purposes) Tea/coffee making facilities, the supply of coffee & tea for your arrival. Reminder that it is a self catering unit so you do need to purchase all your own groceries and toiletries. The main bedroom leads to the patio as well as the lounge, and both have direct sea views. The entire unit is sanitized after being cleaned and prepared for each new incoming and outgoing guest which is the reason for the extra cleaning costs. There is wheelchair access, and they can get around and even to the beach in a wheelchair. However, baths and showers are not 100% wheelchair-friendly. Visitors parking inside the complex. Security is excellent with 24-hour surveillance. Please ensure you bring along your personal identification documents for access, which will be required by the security upon arrival. Guest access Right on the beach, just walk through the garden, and then you are on the beach! Please note we only supply 4 beach towels, no umbrella or snorkeling gear, or beach blankets. Umbrellas may be rented on the beach. Other things to note Rates range depends on the season (school holiday and long weekends), the number of people that stay, and the length of stay. Please advise us of your specific requirements to enable us to calculate the applicable rate. Rates can vary between R4550.00 per day per unit in low season up to R15500.00 per day, per unit in the High season. There is a LINEN FEE of R850 per week, so if your stay is longer, it will be charged extra for each week you stay longer. We will request this on the day you check in via the Airbnb site. This is for only one change or linen and change of towels. If you prefer towels to be changed more regularly, you need to arrange that with us at an extra cost each time. The cleaning fee of R1800 is preparing the unit for your arrival.
